ACB reappointed Asghar Afghan as captain, Rashid Khan dropped

The Afghanistan Cricket Board has reshuffled the captaincy once again. The captain of Afghanistan team was given to Gulbadin Naib before world cup but under his captaincy the team could not win a single match.

Rashid Khan is appointed as the captain of Afghanistan after world cup with officially discussed by ACB.

 

Afghanistan Cricket Board has changed the captaincy once again. The board grabbed the captaincy from spinner Rashid Khan and offered it to Asghar Afghan. Asgar Afghan was the skipper before the World Cup 2019.

Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi had raised their voice against the board for changing the captaincy that it was not proper to change the captaincy before the enormous occasion, however the board turned down the intrigue.

Asghar Afghan is one of experienced player  who debuted for his team in 2009. Afghan, who captained the team for a long time, has played 111 ODIs, 66 T20 International matches and 4 Test matches for his team.
